The C base basis package combines all necessary central routines into a single function block. Elements of this basic module are system administration, objects library, real estate management and the issues of workflow, planning and the import of data.

The C base package together with its central database forms the basis for the technical shells. It is here that the functions critical across applications via a CMDB are integrated. Processes can be mapped in a customer-specific way and external workflows can be incorporated using the integrated workflow engine.
The possibility to execute planning is available to all technical shells.
High-performance client management regulates access rights to the database content. The history function documents all changes in the context of lifecycle management.

C base is a prerequisite for the incorporation of all of the functions of the Command Suite.
