Trays

Trays mean routing and protection of an overland network structure requires geographical information.
Vertical trunks, ducts, pipes, bundles, etc. form the resources for cabling.

The complete management and documentation of a tray infrastructure is made in the tray management.
Inhouse-relevant infrastructures (sill-type bunking, double floors, cable racks) as well as regional or trans-regional tray routings (trenches, microducts, conduits, etc.) are considered. This gives you the capability to assign tray segments or ducts (conduits) to the cables. This provides the basis for the documentation of the geographical layout of the cable. A node is connected with another node using a tray-segment route. Segment contents (ducts and cables) are displayed as a table with all required details. A differentiation between a main tray and a secondary tray can also be made. Nodes can have different variants (duct, mast, opening, house entry, transition junction box, branch junction box) and also be given geo-information. Ducts can be documented completely with details of the side and position (including utilization calculation). Routing mechanisms support the creation of complete tray and cable routes. Ducts with all sides can be displayed and edited graphically with an editor. The graphic display of the nodes and routes is fully integrated in the Command Netspider program section. The connection of interfaces to GIS systems makes it possible to graphically create and plan the tray routes. The associated data is transferred at runtime to the Command database.
